Let's meet on Tuesday, 4/2 at 5:45 PM for Meadow Hill RepeatsThis workout consists of 4
X 400m, 3 X 300m, and 3 X 200m
up the meadow hill on the other side of the
stone arch near where we meet. Recovery is the jog back to the start.
NOTE: WE WILL HOLD THE WORKOUT DURING DRIZZLE/ LIGHT RAIN; WE WILL CANCEL FOR HEAVY RAIN OR LIGHTENING. I will try to send out an email by 2 hours before the workout if we plan to cancel.
