Let's meet on Tuesday, 4/25 at 5:45 PM for Stretch Intervals.  The workout is 8-10 repeats of the following:

1. Run uphill fast for 1 minute and mark your spot.   2. Take 2 minutes to jog back to the starting
spot.

3.  Run uphill fast
for 1 minute again, aiming to cover just slightly more distance than the first
time, then take 2 minutes to jog back to the start.

WE WILL GATHER AT OUR MEETING SPOT AT 5:45 AND JOG TO THE START OF THE WORKOUT TOGETHER.

Our meeting spot is linked below. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get situated.
