Let's meet on Tuesday 4/4 at 5:45 PM for 1200 Meter Repeats.The workout is 4 X 1200m with the goal of running slightly faster on each repeat. The course is a lollypop loop and has a
gentle downhill going out and equivalent rolling uphills coming back. The course starts about 3/10 mile north of
our meeting spot on the Canter Alley trail. GATHER AT THE MEETING SPOT AT 5:45 AND WE WILL JOG TO THE START TOGETHER.
