Let's meet on Tuesday, 5/14 at 5:45 PM for the Hill & Dale RunThis workout consists of 6 X 3 minutes hard/ 3 minutes easy over an approximately 4.5 mile loop.  It’s a beautiful rolling course and somewhat
challenging. The workout begins about 3/4 mile from our meeting spot so there will be a warmup built in. GATHER AT THE MEETING SPOT AND WE WILL JOG TO THE START TOGETHER.
