This workout consists of : 1/2/3/2/1 minutes moderately hard up the meadow hill with an easy recovery run back down, followed by 4 X 1 minute faster on flat ground.
Our meeting spot is linked below. We gather under the stone arch. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get situated.
