This run consists of 6 X 3 minutes hard then 3 minutes
easy. It’s a beautiful, approximately 4.5 mile rolling course
and somewhat challenging. We will gather at our meeting spot and jog together to the start of the workout. We start the speed portion at Witches Spring Trail, so there
will be a ¾ mile warmup from our meeting spot built in. We will regroup after each hard segment so that no one gets lost.
Our meeting spot is linked below. We gather under the stone arch. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get situated.
