Let's meet on Tuesday, 5/7 at 5:45 PM for Stretch Intervals (aka  the “beanbag workout” for those who know). 

The workout is 8-10 repeats of the following:

1. Run uphill fast for 1 minute and mark your spot.   2. Take 2 minutes to jog back to the starting
spot.

3.  Run uphill fast
for 1 minute again, aiming to cover just slightly more distance than the first
time, then take 2 minutes to move your marker and  jog back to the start.

 The challenge of this workout is the relatively short recovery between efforts.

GATHER AT THE MEETING SPOT AND WE WILL RUN TO THE START TOGETHER.

Our meeting location is linked below. We gather under the
stone overpass. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get
situated.
