Let's meet on Tuesday, 6/11 at 5:45 PM for Barn Hill RepeatsThe workout is 5 x
100 seconds, 5 x 50 seconds, and 3 x 25 seconds
 up the barn hill near where we meet. The recovery is the jog back to the
start. This is a great workout for those new to the speed workouts as we all
get back to the start at about the same time (the faster runners will have a
longer recovery run back to the start.)

stone overpass. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get
