Let's meet on Tuesday, 6/4 at 5:45 PM for the 1200 Loop WorkoutThis workout is 4 x 1200m. The course is a lollypop loop and
has a gentle downhill going out and equivalent rolling uphill coming back. The
course starts about 3/10th's of a mile north of our meeting spot. Gather at
the meeting spot and we will jog to the start together.

stone overpass. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get
