Let's meet on Tuesday, 7/11 at 5:45 PM for Stretch Intervals. Gather at the meeting spot and we will jog to the start of the workout together.
The workout is 8-10 repeats of the following:
1. Run uphill fast for 1 minute and mark your spot. 2. Take 2 minutes to jog back to the starting
spot.
3. Run uphill fast
for 1 minute again, aiming to cover just slightly more distance than the first
time, then take 2 minutes to jog back to the start.
