Let's meet on Tuesday, 7/2 at 5:45 PM for Meadow Loop repeatsThe workout is 4 X
around the meadow loop (on the other side of the arched bridge from
where we meet.) The course is mostly uphill for the first 500m followed by a
relatively flat 300m or so, and finishing with a long downhill of about 500m.
It's a great course for practicing both your downhill and uphill form.

Our meeting location is linked below. We gather under the
stone overpass. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get
