Let's meet on Tuesday 7/25 at 5:45 PM for a variation of barn hill repeats. The workout is: 4 X 2 minutes, 4 X 1 minute, and 4 X 30 seconds up the barn hill near where we meet. Recovery is the jog back down the hill.
