Let's meet on Tuesday, 8/10 at 5:45 PM for the Meadow Loop workout.  The Meadow Loop is 4 X 1300m around the meadow near where we
meet.
  The course is mostly uphill for
500m followed by a relatively flat 300m and finishing with a long downhill of
about 500m.
  It’s a great course for
practicing both your uphill and downhill form.
