Let's meet on Tuesday, 8/8 at 5:45 PM for Uphill/Downhill Repeats. In this workout we will be working on both uphill strength
and downhill running. The workout is:
4 X 2 mins uphill at a steady (10K-ish) pace, turn around and run 2
mins back down the hill
at a quick but controlled effort, 2 minutes recovery
4 X 1 min uphill/ 1 minute downhill/ 1 minute recovery 
We'll do this workout on the hill we use for the “beanbag workout”.  Gather at our meeting spot and we will jog to the start together.
Our meeting spot is linked below. We gather under the stone arch. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get situated.
