The workout is 8-10 repeats of the following:
1) Run uphill fast for 1 minute and mark your spot. 2) 2 minute recovery jog back to the starting
3. Run uphill fast
for 1 minute again, aiming to cover just slightly more distance than the first
time, then take 2 minutes to jog back to the start. Repeat.
We will gather at the meeting spot and run together to the start of the workout.
Our meeting spot is linked below. We gather under the stone arch. Most runners arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get situated.
