Wednesday 9/19 workout

This week it’s longer speed with 3 x 1.05 miles around the loop towards the barns. I feel that counterclockwise is safer in that this direction doesn’t have the sharp, steep downhill turn near the end. The emphasis is on doing each loop faster than the prior one. Keeping something in reserve is key in running any successful race especially the marathon.
Thanks for all your well wishes on my surgery which been a total success to date. Now the hard part, avoiding doing something stupid.
