This week the club meeting is right afterwards at Somers 202 Restaurant & Grill at 7PM. I’ll have two starts for the workout one at 5:30 & another at 5:45 for those who can’t make it earlier. I will stay late. The workout is 4 x 1200m. The course is a lollypop loop and has a gentle downhill going out and an equivalent rolling uphill coming back.
The course starts on Pocantico River trail which is on the west side of the bridge and the starting point is about 3/10th’s of a mile north. If you are late you can jump in on the 2nd or 3rd repeat and you can also call me at 914 469-0702 as I’ll bring my phone with me to the start.
