This week it’s 10 x 2 minutes hard with a two minute recovery up and around
the the barns and onto and around Swan Lake. I’d like to add the loop north
of the lake if the footing has improved. We start from the regular meeting
spot but don’t return until the finish. If you are running a little late
call me at 914 469-0702 if it’s more than five or so minutes you can run
the course backwards and meet up with the group half way.
Who would prefer to start at 5:45 and to whom would it cause a problem?
