> This Wednesday is also the Master’s Challenge for our members 40 and over. Details can be found at www.runner.org and you are encouraged to compete. I will hold a speed workout if there is enough interest what with vacations & the Master’s Challenge.
> The workout would be 4 x 400m, 3 x 300m & 2 x 200m up the meadow hill. The starting point is the same as last weeks workout.
> Please let me know if you expect to attend as early as possible so the all can be informed as to whether the workout is on.
