Wednesday Workout: Fwd: Wednesday 10/01 (still 5:45)

Hill repeats up the barn hill of 5 x 100 seconds, 5 x 50 seconds and 3 x 25
seconds up the barn hill. The recovery is the jog back down. This is a
great workout for those new to speed work as everyone gets back to the
start at more or less the same time.
