Please let me if you are coming as the weather is iffy. I’m willing to go rain or shine. This is similar to last weeks workout and is designed specifically for the 5th Avenue mile. It will help improve your speed even if you aren’t running that race.

We start near the arched bridge but on the other side from our meeting spot. The course is pretty much all downhill but very gentle. The workout is:

1) 1 x 800m

2) 1 x 600m

3) 2 x 400m

4) 2 x 200m

I wheeled the course last week and will wait at the finish of each leg.
