Today’s workout is hill repeats of 5 x 100 , 5 x 50 and 3 x 25 seconds up the “barn” hill. The following week we are back at FDR Park and I plan on a different workout other than the hill repeats that we always do there. I’ll get the meeting time from Greg Cohen but our workout will take exactly 33 minutes, you can guess which workout that is.
