Wednesday Workout:

Today’s workout is hill repeats of 5 x 100 , 5 x 50 and 3 x 25 seconds up the “barn” hill. The following week we are back at FDR Park and I plan on a different workout other than the hill repeats that we always do there. I’ll get the┬ámeeting time from Greg Cohen but our workout will take exactly 33 minutes, you can guess which workout that is.
